What should be used to clean a PUR hot melt adhesive machine?
Clean with a dedicated cleaning agent for PUR hot melt adhesive dispensers.
Reactive hot melt adhesive cleaner, suitable for cleaning the spray valve of jet dispensing machines.
Operating temperature: 130℃-150℃
Steps:
1: First, try to drain the glue from the pipeline of the jet dispensing machine as much as possible.
2: Apply cleaning agent, preheat at 140℃ for 20 minutes, and allow it to reach a molten state.
3: Manually spray out the cleaning agent, which will be sprayed out along with the melted glue until all the sprayed out material is blue cleaning agent.
4: Remove the injection valve and use a lint-free cloth to clean off any residual blue cleaning agent.

Note:
